"Mala" is a Sanskrit word for "garland". Traditionally, a mala is a rosary of 108 beads, plus a central or master bead. Sacred Fires produces malas and mala accessories for formal devotees of Avatar Adi Da Samraj. These malas are unique, in that they contain special "prasad", or elements especially blessed by Avatar Adi Da Samraj, for his formal devotees.
